Is there a better way to clean my oil paint brushes?

i cant afford to keep buying oil pain cleaner, is there anything like a home remedy that i can use to clean my pallet and brushes? Is there a better way to clean my oil paint brushes?
Get your self a big glass jar fill it 3/4 full of thinner. Use it to clean brushes and finish cleaning like the others said using soap a water

You can keep using the same thinner over and over as long as you finish up with soap every time. The thinner will last you a long time this way

And .put a lid on it after each cleaning so it does not evaporate. Is there a better way to clean my oil paint brushes?
Paint thinner, mineral spirits or turpentine should work and they're not all that expensive. You know, you can place it in a jar for use over and over. There is a procedure for cleaning your brushes to keep it economical. Squeeze out all the extra paint into newspaper. Swisher mineral spirits and squeeze out again. Then wash with soap and water. I've enclosed a link that explains it a whole lot better. About once a year you should give all your brushes the shampoo and a cream rinse.
I really just use plain old kitchen soap. There are these bars of soap called Sole. They are orangy yellow, and cheap. They seen to work well. If you clean them throughly with Turp and run them under warm water with some regular kitchen soap, it seems to do the job.
Wipe them off, use kerosene, then good old soap and water or shampoo is very good too
