What's the best way to remove dark acrylic paints from paint brushes? how about oil paints?

I started off with pretty new, crisp brushes, did one painting, then tried to wash it out with soap and warm water. Did not help. Is there a solution you can recommend? Or a handy, creative method of ridding the stains from my brushes? What's the best way to remove dark acrylic paints from paint brushes? how about oil paints?
with oil it usually takes me awhile to get my brushes clean. But I start out with turpentin and get them where you can't actually see paint on them but they might still have the color on it. then i use regular bars of soap i like dove the best i dont know why i think they work the best then i press straight down onto the soap and move in tiny circles get it packed then i massage it in with my figer against my palm. smaller brushes you want to be more gentile with this. it usually takes a couple time to get them 100% clean but it works good and when brushed are 30$ a pop you want them to last. Acrylic paints i have differents brushes that are usually synthetic and turpentine isnt needed but what does work is using a thinner but its bad on brushes that are synthetic so soap and water and keep doing it until the water is clear when running under tap. hope it works for you. What's the best way to remove dark acrylic paints from paint brushes? how about oil paints?
Well yes here is what you can do.First of all after doing any kind of painting you should always run brushes under warm water that will remove any clumpy paints inside the bristles, then take and dip the brushes in mineral spirits you can find this cleaner at any walmart or costco, and after doing this a few times the bristels will become better suited for becoming paint free when washed out.Oh one last thing, never in a million years leave any type of paint brush out to dry unless you dont have any plans for using it any more, and always ,always wrap the brush up in some type of plastic to keep the bristles firm and flexible, well this is the method I always use to clean my brushes, but always read cleaning steps for your brushes.and some paint thinners work very well.Hope this helps.
Turpentine, mixed with a little water. Let soak.
No the stains will stay in your brushes but that doesn't matter at all. Eventually all your brush bristles will darken.

Just keep them clean and they will serve you well.
straight tupintine does the trick on all paints. let them soak for a little and they'll be as good as new.
Wash them as soon as possible after use.

Murphy's Oil Soap or Dawn Dishwashing Liquid (straight) usually gets them nice and clean.
