How do I get oil paint off my jeans?

My jeans got in contact with wet paint from a door. It is a new one, I washed it several times but it doesnt go away. Any suggestions how to get it off please? How do I get oil paint off my jeans?
I can suggest using Turpentine, before doing that you can try to freeze it , bag of ice , or even pop in the freezer for half hr , then gently scrape of with a blunt knife . However if you do use the turps then wash straight away with a little washing up liquid rinse well, then wash as normal, Don麓t worry to much about the smell of the turps it will dissolve in the fresh air when you hang them outsideHow do I get oil paint off my jeans?
burn it
cut the spot out is about the only thing I can suggest, you could try to scrape it out with a sharp knife, but will ultimately end up with a hole in your britches.
You might want to try using handcleaner and scrub then let sit and then wash. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA FIRST,

AND SINCE THEY ARE NEW JEANS TRY THE INSIDE OF THE WAISTBAND.

Unless you have already put them in the dryer.

Then it is too late.
I just went thru this with my son ( I have lots of laundry problems to solve) I don't know if it was oil base paint, but here's what I did.

Spray with Shout or Fantastic or laundry soap. Use a toothbrush to work it around and remove the stain. It took 2-3 tries to remove it, but it did work. Have you dried the jeans? If you've put them in the dryer already, it may not work.

My suggestion: have you tried paint remover or fingernail polish remover?

And if nothing else works and you still want to keep them, maybe dye or put more paint on them and decorate them with jewels, fancy patches/scarves, and doo dads. It'll look like it was meant to be that way if you do it well enough. I've seen pictures of denims that were shredded and made into something else and had all kinds of things on them being sold online.

Or you can just wear them around the house if they are comfortable and you don't want to do all that.
